TIMOTHY G. HERRICK has been in the active practice of law for over 25 years. Since serving in Asia as a United States Peace Corps volunteer, Mr. Herrick has concentrated his law practice in the area of U.S. immigration law, and has represented many clients in matters before the Immigration & Naturalization Service (formerly INS), the United States Bureau of Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, and before the U.S. Department of Labor with immigration-related matters. With offices in Jersey City, New Jersey, and in downtown Manhattan in New York City, Mr. Herrick represents clients in family-based cases, in employment-based cases, including labor certification applications, in asylum, deportation and removal cases.

Mr. Herrick received his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School – Newark. He is admitted to the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York. He has also been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1991, and has previously served as advisor to the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association on matters involving immigration law.
